Some places keep your loved ones close. Our personalised, weatherproof QR plaques let you link that place; a headstone, a bench, a tree or an urn to their Grey Blossom Memory Grove™, or a page you already use. So, their photos, videos and stories are always one scan away.
Choose your destination: a new Memory Grove™, or a webpage you already use.
We connect your QR: your plaque gets its own secure Grey Blossom link.
Place it somewhere meaningful: arrives ready to attach to a headstone, bench, tree or marker.
Scan, remember, return: simply scan the plaque with your phone.
Destination changes? No problem: the plaque stays the same; just ask us to update where it leads.

What families say
A perfect place for all the family and friends mum had spread out all over the globe

We had such a wonderful and lovely experience with this. I would highly recommend to anyone who has lost loved ones.

Gino now has a beautiful space where I can celebrate his life.
I am able to share his memorial page with close family members, and they can contribute to it if they wish to. They can add their own photos of Gino, write their own words.
I would highly recommend Grey Blossom to anyone wanting to find a very special way to remember their loved ones, whether is a family member or a pet.

The QR code is easy to scan with your phone and takes you to a site where all memories can be stored. It’s nice to know that these photos, memories and comments can be added to by family and friends and will be there for future generations to appreciate.
Excellent service and quality product that should stand the test of time.
Such a great idea to modernise my father's memorial in our garden

Brilliant idea
We added the QR plaque to our dog's headstone to make it an interactive experience for the kids - they love walking past as asking if we can click on the QR code on my phone so they can see Jessie again. It has made the loss feel so much easier and they still get to "play" with her in the garden.

I recently purchased a digital memorial QR code from Grey Blossom and created a memorial page for my beloved cat Gino, who sadly passed away.
I found the entire process very simple. The website is easy to navigate.
The final result is very rewarding.
