What families say
A perfect place for all the family and friends mum had spread out all over the globe
We had such a wonderful and lovely experience with this. I would highly recommend to anyone who has lost loved ones.
Gino now has a beautiful space where I can celebrate his life. I am able to share his memorial page with close family members, and they can contribute to it if they wish to. They can add their own photos of Gino, write their own words. I would highly recommend Grey Blossom to anyone wanting to find a very special way to remember their loved ones, whether is a family member or a pet.

Details
The QR Memorial Set connects a physical place of remembrance with something meaningful online.
Your personalised QR plaques can be placed on a headstone, bench, tree, memorial marker or another suitable surface. When scanned with a smartphone, they opens the online destination you have chosen.
Choose between:
Memory Grove™: create a dedicated Grey Blossom memorial where photographs, videos, stories and messages can be gathered and shared.
Your own webpage: connect to an existing online memorial, tribute page, website or other web address.
Every Grey Blossom QR plaque uses a managed QR link. This means the destination behind the QR can be updated in future without replacing the plaque itself.
What's included?
Your personalised QR plaque
- One weatherproof aluminium QR plaque with permanent adhesive backing, ready to attach

How it works
1 - Choose your destination
Create a new Memory Grove™ with Grey Blossom or provide the web address of a page you already use.
2 - We connect your QR code
Your plaque is assigned its own Grey Blossom QR link and connected securely to your chosen destination.
3 - Place it somewhere meaningful
Your weatherproof QR plaque arrives ready to use. Attach it to a headstone, bench, tree, memorial marker or another suitable surface.
4 - Scan, remember and return
Visitors simply scan the plaque with their phone to open the memorial or webpage.
And if the destination changes?
Your physical QR plaque stays the same. Contact Grey Blossom and the destination behind it can be updated
Choose Memory Grove™ to build their story
A Memory Grove™ is a dedicated online memorial where you can bring together photographs, videos, stories and memories from across someone's life.
Invite family and friends to contribute from wherever they are, and choose how the memorial is shared.
Your Memory Grove can be
- Public - anyone can view and contribute
- Private - only you and those you appoint can access
- Password protected - anyone with whom you share a password can access
Already have an online memorial?
If you already use another memorial service, funeral tribute page, charity page, family website or another webpage, your Grey Blossom QR plaque can connect directly to it.
You provide the web address and we connect it to your QR plaque.
Because the QR itself points through Grey Blossom, you can ask us to update the destination later if the address changes.
NB: Third-party webpages are operated independently from Grey Blossom. Their content, availability and privacy settings remain the responsibility of the website provider and page owner.
Aluminium QR Plaque details
- Size: 50 x 50 mm
- Attached to surface of your choice with permanent adhesive backing (already applied)

Defining Moments
Forever Memories
Such a great idea to modernise my father's memorial in our garden
We added the QR plaque to our dog's headstone to make it an interactive experience for the kids - they love walking past as asking if we can click on the QR code on my phone so they can see Jessie again. It has made the loss feel so much easier and they still get to "play" with her in the garden.
great original product, enjoying adding photos of dad.
Pretty straightforward and no issues so far.
Fantastic.
It was so nice to show to family and friends.
So cool, great website.

Thank you Grey Blossom.
Lovely idea!
So easy to set up. It was great to upload photos and reminisce on good times with my mum.
I recently purchased a digital memorial QR code from Grey Blossom and created a memorial page for my beloved cat Gino, who sadly passed away.
I found the entire process very simple. The website is easy to navigate.
The final result is very rewarding.
Gino now has a beautiful space where I can celebrate his life.
What I like the most is that I am able to share his memorial page with close family members, and they can contribute to it if they wish to. They can add their own photos of Gino, write their own words...
I would highly recommend Grey Blossom to anyone wanting to find a very special way to remember their loved ones, whether is a family member or a pet.
What a brilliant idea! I've discovered pictures of my grandfather that I never knew existed!
