The “Start here” code you have just scanned brings you to this guide. The aluminium and wooden QR plaques inside your set are unique to your loved one’s Memory Grove.

Step One
Activate your Memory Grove™
To begin, you will need an invitation email from Grey Blossom. This contains a secure link to create your account and become the owner of your loved one’s Memory Grove™.
Received this set as a gift?
If this set was a gift, the person who gave it to you may have asked us to wait before sending your invitation, so that the gift could be received first.
If it has not arrived yet, please ask them to let us know that you have received your gift, or contact us at help@greyblossom.com and we will be happy to help.

Activate your Memory Grove™
The invitation email will contain a secure link to create your account. This gives you control of the memorial, allowing you to add memories and decide who else can view or contribute to it. Within the platform, the person managing a memorial is called a “Keeper”.
The email will look something like this:
Within the email, you will find a link to set up your account and set a password.
After you have set up your account, you will have access to begin filling in your loved one's Memory Grove with stories, memories, photographs and video.
Step Two
Place your memorial marker
Scan one of your plaques to check it opens correctly
Your QR plaques have already been linked to your Memory Grove, so there is no technical setup required. Scanning any of the plaques with your phone's camera app will take you directly to it.
Choose and prepare the location
Your aluminium QR Plaque comes with a high-strength adhesive pad pre-applied on the reverse side. It can be attached to a flat surface made from stone, metal, wood or plastic.
Before attaching the plaque, make sure the surface is clean, completely dry and free from dust or grease.
Attach the aluminium plaque
Peel away the red backing, position the plaque carefully, and press it firmly and evenly into place.
The adhesive is designed to form a permanent bond, so please check that the plaque is straight and that you are happy with its position before pressing it down.
We recommend pressing down on the plaque for around 30 seconds to ensure a strong bond.
If attaching the plaque to a headstone or memorial in a cemetery or other managed location, please make sure you have permission first.
Step Three
Share with family and friends
You can share your wooden QR Plaques with family and friends. They can scan these with a phone and be taken to your loved one's memorial page at any time, wherever they are.
You can also invite trusted family members or friends to help add memories and manage the page. You can do this later from the memorial settings.
Step Four
Access your Memory Grove™ at any time
You do not need to complete your Memory Grove all at once. You can return whenever you wish to add photographs, stories and memories.
A simple scan of any of your QR Plaques will take you straight there.
